When is the gym staffed?
Staff are on site 3-6pm Monday to Friday. Members have 24/7 access.
Are there sign-up fees?
No key or sign-up fees. Ask about current offers when you visit.
How does the recovery room work?
Book 1hr sessions in the 3-person infrared sauna with compression boots. Casual $20, or add unlimited use for $12.95/week (min 3 months).
Can I bring a friend to the recovery room?
Yes, members can bring a non-member friend.
